Customer Service - Centralized Scheduler
Hiring Range: $18.13/hr. - $21.75/hr.

Centralized Scheduler

Representative is responsible for appointment scheduling for all Kitsap Mental Health Services locations. The Customer Service -

Centralized Scheduler

Representative is also responsible for updating the client's personal information and insurance information in the Electronic Health Record System. The central scheduling team works with the clinical staff to optimize the provider's ability to provide services to clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensure positive agency communication by answering telephone calls promptly, professionally, and courteously. Return messages left on the voicemail system.
  • Maintains and schedules appointments following agency scheduling policies.
  • Answers questions regarding client appointments.
  • Performs related general office/clerical support duties.
  • Fill in the provider's schedules when necessary.


Minimum Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE: Experienced (minimum two years of job-related experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE:

Coursework in medical/psychiatric terminology.

Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
