LICENSURE:

active license in Washington. Board-certified PMHNP. Active and unencumbered DEA license in WA State.

As an ARNP
,
you will
perform a comprehensive psychiatric assessment of the client and participate in the planning and developing a treatment approach that includes all aspects of the bio/psychosocial model. You will also provide clinical leadership and teaching and incorporate and use the observation and expertise of other treatment team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with reasonable case-loads and protected time
- Manage the
psychiatric care of patients on medication. Patients may be seen individually, with case managers, or with family members. - Participate in administrative activities, including meetings of the Medical Providers, quality assurance activity, and participation in the clinic with Nurses, Medical Assistants (MAs), and other clinical staff as needed.
- Collaborate with other Medical Providers to provide vacation coverage
- Consistently adhere to medical documentation standards - which includes creating adequate medical documentation that is signed and billed within 24 hours of the patient visit
- Share in opportunities to provide in-service education to medical residents and student psychiatric ARNPs/DNPs
